Founded in Thailand and connected globally, SOL: School of Leadership cultivates changemakers by equipping them with the mindset, skills, and community needed to create real, lasting change.

SOL was born from a belief that addressing today’s complex challenges requires a new kind of leadership - one rooted not in titles, but in heart, depth, and purpose. We believe leadership begins within: through character development, a strong sense of identity, and meaningful connection with others.

Through immersive, real-world experiences such as practicum projects, community engagement, and intentional mentorship. we support young people as they explore their purpose, grow through challenge, and discover how to lead in ways that are authentic and impactful.

Behind every transformative learning experience at SOL is a team of educators, learning designers, mentors, and changemakers committed to walking the journey with young leaders, not just designing it.
We come from diverse backgrounds but share a common belief: that leadership rooted in character, clarity, and courage can reshape the future.
We are facilitators. We listen deeply, co-create with care, and hold space for young people to grow into their full potential on their terms.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Mission-driven Practicum Partners
​
We partner with mission-driven organizations (social enterprises, nonprofits, community initiatives, and policy labs) to co-create projects rooted in real-world complexity. These partners are co-educators shaping the next generation of systems thinkers and changemakers.
Khon Thai Foundation aims to create a collaborative ecosystem that drives social impact. The Foundation acts as an “enabler” that coordinates efforts through its networks and partnerships to tackle various social problems such as education, healthcare, environment, and good governance. To promote well-being in society, it mobilizes collaboration from all the people of Thailand and stakeholders from all sectors, including private and public organizations, the academic sector, the media sector, etc.
One enabling projects that Khon Thai Foundation founded is Collaboration for Good Society (CFGS). CFGS’s mission is to create opportunities for participation of organizations and active citizens towards joint actions and resources in social development with impact organizations through platforms such as the Good Society Day event, Changemakers for Good Society community, and
Impact Leaders Program.
