The Impact Leaders Program is SOL’s flagship 6-month journey for youth aged 17–25 from across Thailand, designed not only to develop leadership skills but also to shape the inner character and real-world confidence to lead lasting change.

Each Impat Leader works on a real-world practicum project in collaboration with a mission-driven organization tackling social or environmental issues.
